The Visitor Center allows you to learn about the Argaric, Iberian, Roman and Arab civilizations that were installed in Monteagudo. In it are reflected 50 centuries of human presence in its surroundings, structured in the five most relevant stages or periods of its history.
The Monteagudo Visitor Center is located at the foot of Monteagudo Castle
The Monteagudo Visitor Centre is located at the foot of the castle of Monteagudo and offers a very well explained tour, through several rooms, through the 5,000 years of history of the inhabitants of Monteagudo.
A tour with archaeological remains, recreations, illustrations, mock-ups and dioramas
Each of the rooms shows the exhibition of some of the archaeological remains found in the various excavations that over the last 50 years have been carried out in Montegudo, as well as the recreation or reproduction of scenes and environments, with illustrations, models and dioramas.
HOURS
WINTER: Tuesday – Saturday: 9.30am to 2pm y 5pm to 7,30pm. Sunday: 10am-2pm.
SUMMER: July and August, Tuesday – Saturday: 8:30am to 15:30pm.
Closed on Mondays and public holidays. Closed on Sundays in July and August
